He hustles from Syria, to Pennsylvania, North Korea to Papua New Guinea (and many, many other countries between here and there), dancing his heart out with strangers in every place.
Harding notes that his journey wasn’t sponsored by some brand deal or a corporation stating:

His message and video are clear; there’s no fancy, sophisticated production, but rather just normal, every day people dancing with smiles on their faces and laughter ringing in the air. We tend to focus on our cultural differences, but Harding’s mission to break down barriers using a common physical expression blatantly shows that we have so much more in common that we ever realized.
The beautiful strangers in the video emanate happiness and a joy for life: you can almost feel it through your screen.
