Mickael Jou is a unique self-portraitist who’s taking the term ‘selfie’ to a whole new level.

In this age, when people so easily share selfies worldwide via social media, the network is overload by pictures, but among them you can find real pearls. Mickael Jou is a unique self-portraitist.

He decided to combine photography and dance together, because of his passion for these artistic fields. The results are improvised fairy self-portraits. The difference between him and others is an incredible amount of work inserted into his self-portraits.

Mickael’s plan is to take 365 dance self-portraits. He is already working on this project for more than 3 years and intends to spend another 3-4 years collecting images. He often drags scarfs and soft fabrics to expose his moves. Take a look at these fantastic photos…
